Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CredPo (the website at credpo.app or the app installed from it), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use CredPo.
What CredPo does
CredPo helps you track credit card spends, reward points, milestones and loyalty balances, and compare how to use your points for flights and hotels. It is a personal tracking and planning tool. It is not a bank, card issuer, payment service or loyalty program, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank, card network, airline or hotel group named in the app.
Not financial advice
CredPo is for information only. Nothing in it is financial, legal or tax advice. Point values, card comparisons, reward estimates and Ask CredPo answers (which are generated by AI) are not guarantees. Always confirm reward terms, fees and eligibility with your card issuer or loyalty program.
Accuracy of information
Reward rules, transfer ratios and program details come from public information and change often. Transactions read from emails are extracted automatically and may occasionally be wrong or missing. Foreign currency spends are converted using public mid market exchange rates, which can differ from the rate and fees your bank charges. Your bank statement is always the final record; you can edit any transaction in CredPo to match it.
Your account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Connecting Gmail and forwarding emails
Connecting Gmail or forwarding emails is optional. If you connect Gmail, you allow CredPo to read the bank transaction alert emails in your mailbox, as described in our Privacy Policy, to import your spends. CredPo only reads email and never sends, deletes or changes it. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's own terms.
Subscription and billing
CredPo is a paid monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record and may appear on your statement. The price is shown before you pay; any introductory price you receive is kept for as long as your subscription stays active. By subscribing, you authorise a recurring monthly charge until you cancel. For cards and UPI issued in India, your bank may ask you to approve a recurring payment mandate, and renewals can take up to about two days to be debited.
You can cancel anytime from Account settings. Cancelling stops future charges and ends access to paid features when the cancellation is processed. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.
Acceptable use
Use CredPo only for lawful purposes and only for your own cards and accounts. Do not try to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service, access other people's data, or use automated tools to scrape it.
Third party services
CredPo relies on third party services, including Google (Gmail), Resend (email), Dodo Payments (billing), Google Gemini (Ask CredPo), and flight and exchange rate providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Intellectual property
The CredPo name, design and software belong to us. Bank, card, airline and hotel names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to help you identify your own cards and accounts.
No guarantee of value or availability
Point values, transfer partners, award availability and hotel information can change without notice. We are not responsible if a program devalues points, an airline changes award availability, or an issuer changes its reward terms.
Limitation of liability
CredPo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using CredPo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used fraudulently.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
